Answer:
The data is stored in a database MySql server Aruba.it (therefore well protected), and will not be used in any way but the system. Entering a valid phone number is basic to the use of fms (free message service). It is the number where the notification rings will be generated.

I noticed that the program requires the connection while sending /receiving an FMS. As traffic generated in this case?
Answer:
The traffic generated for sending/receiving a fms is the same as that generated for sending an SMS. (few bytes of data), almost all operators, will be paid 0.01 euro (1 cent), but not always. It 'a little bit' random (at least this is my opinion).

Cost is fall short of my expectations ... Why?
Answer:
With regards to 16 cents of the traffic generated by sending an SMS, are probably due to a plan particularly active on your sim or incorrect connection parameters.
